Return Policy

  1. This refund or exchange policy is only applicable for Group Mories’ customers and within 6 hours of receiving the product(s) ordered from Group Mories.
  2. For refund or exchange, please contact our Customer Service 012-5129675 (WhatsApp only) or email by providing your name, contact number, invoice number, reason/s with proven videos and photos for refund or exchange. Please allow up to 24 hours for your inquiry to be processed. Our Customer Service Personnel will inform you on the next step to be taken.
  3. Refund or exchange can only be arranged under the following reasons:
  • If vegetable / fruits / seafood is in sour or rotten condition, subject to approval; or
  • If the product is different from the order delivered. Products for refund shall be returned in its original condition, quantity and packaging as it was delivered to the customer together with proof of purchase; or 
  • If the product is expired.
  1. All product may be exchanged once.
  2. For exchanges to product(s) of equivalent or lower price, no refunds will be given.
  3. For exchanges to product(s) of a higher price, you will be required to pay the difference.
  4. If the product(s) has been discounted either by promotion or coupon codes, the amount refunded will be based on the net amount i.e. paid price for the product(s) less the coupon amount as indicated on the receipt. Delivery charges paid in the original order are non-refundable.
  5. If an order involves the redemption of points, in the case of a return or refund, the point(s) will be refunded to the member’s account as well.
  6.  For payment through online banking or credit card, the refund payment will be debited to the customer's bank account/credit cards within 14 to 30 working days depending on appointed bank refund policy. For e-wallet users, the refund payment will be debited to the customer's e-wallet account within 14 to 30 working days.
  7. Return shipping cost (if any) and refund will be reimbursed to customer once we have confirmed product is indeed incorrect, different from order delivered or damaged.
  8. GROUP MORIES reserves the right of final decision to reject any return, exchange, refund deemed unfit or unreasonable.
  9. GROUP MORIES reserves the right to amend this policy at any time without prior notice.
